–06:30 Hrs: All Rider participants meet for flag-off at Tundikhel, Kathmandu. (Collect 1st Card)
–07:30 to 07:45 Hrs: Safety briefing, objectives and rules and regulations
–07:45 to 08:20 Hrs: Formal speech by chief guests
Start the ride:
–08:30 Hrs : FLAG OFF BY CHIEF GUEST/ S
On the Trail:
– Tea/Breakfast stop at Naubise (Collect 2nd Card)
– Lunch stop at Mugling (Collect 3rd Card)
– Stop at Akala Highway for a break 35kms before Pokhara (Collect 4th Card)
– Final Destination, (Hotel) (Collect 5th Card)
Final Rendezvous:
–20:00 Hrs: A Gala celebration to usher in the New Year 2075BS with Live Band, Dj, Dinner and Drinks

Day 2. 14th April 2018
–08:00 – 10:30 hrs: Breakfast
–11:00 Hrs: Participate in the Charity Ride to support by donating stationary and sports equipment to “ Janajyoti Basic School, Kalikasthan, for the 50 children of this underprivileged school.
OR
Free day to chill out in Pokhara and participate in optional adventure/ leisure activities such as boating, Bunjy, Zipline, Paragliding etc.

–18:00 Hrs: Gather at the HOTEL for the Bike Show and prize distribution

- Hard Luck Award (for the motorcycle with the most breakdowns)
- Special prize for the most supportive female rider/participant
- Senior Citizens Award
- Longest Distance Rider
